Now Hiring: Account Executive

Team TIS is seeking qualified candidates for an Account Executive position! The successful candidate will have a passion for creating and developing new business relationships for the agency. If you want to grow a rock-solid book of business, with a proven team who can support your sales efforts, and be rewarded for doing so, then this is likely the position for you. This position will have the flexibility to create relationships in new verticals and be able to work selling the agency’s core services. While this position is available to work out of our corporate office, the team is open to working with someone established in the industry in another market.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or documented experience selling digital or branding services
  • 4 years of experience selling intellectual property (IP) or account executive position preferred
  • Passion for discovering the right clients and delivering the best solutions for them
  • Must understand branding at a high level
  • Capable to work independently to create proposal documents, while understanding when to bring in team expertise to complete a proposal
  • Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work under deadlines
  • Able to meet established sales goals
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising products (display, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, websites, landing pages, etc.)
  • Comfortable with customer service and direct communication with clients
  • Experience with selling salesforce.com CRM desirable
  • Ability to keep abreast and engaged with current industry trends to assist in providing the best solutions for our clients
  • Lead client-facing meetings, presentations and engagements for the agency

Related Competencies

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to build relationships and work in a collaborative manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales aptitude and comfort in presenting ideas
  • Familiarity with Workamajig a bonus
