Job Purpose: To lead, manage and expand our digital marketing services for new and existing clients.
Job Description: The Image Shoppe (TIS) seeks a motivated, skilled Digital Specialist with proven expertise in marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead and develop marketing campaigns, oversee and expand our digital marketing services, help acquire new clients and manage paid and organic digital and social strategy. This role demands a metrics-driven marketing mind who values exceptional design and has a deep understanding of industry trends, tools and best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Expertise
- Oversee and manage optimization of all marketing efforts to achieve goals for conversions and ROI including:
- SEO
- SEM
- PPC
- Paid Digital & Social
- Drive the expansion of digital marketing services for new and existing clients
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends in digital marketing strategies
- Work with the TIS team to lead and develop campaigns that utilize the following tools proficiently:
- Social Media including: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ad Manager, TikTok Business
- Email Campaigns including Mailchimp
- Google Analytics
- WordPress & Landing Pages
- Google Analytics & Tag Manager
- Media Planning and Buying for campaigns including both digital and traditional media
Analytical and Reporting Skills
- Prepare and present reports and decks, highlighting campaign successes and areas for improvement
- Analyze analytics to predict future trends and understand current performance
- Understand and communicate the “why” and “where” behind the numbers
Project and Time Management
- Understand and coordinate the processes and teams involved in achieving campaign success and teamwork
- Prepare budgets respecting the time needed for content and design strategies
- Stay highly organized and respond to questions quickly and succinctly
- Manage and execute projects, bringing teammates into projects at appropriate stages
- Understand processes and teams involved in achieving campaign success
- Engage proactively with clients and collaborate with teammates to strategize and enhance campaign strategies that align with clients’ needs
- Understand the expectation for and value of same-day communications with clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent studies in digital marketing or a related field
- Team player interested in collaboration, demonstrating strong listening and leadership skills and embracing the qualities of an ideal team player as described by Patrick Lencioni: hungry, humble and smart
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics and WordPress
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally; collaborates regularly with teammates, shares progress updates, problem-solves and invites others’ opinions
- Strong project and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Experience with AI, SEMRush and marketing automation is a plus
Salary Range: Minimum salary starts at $56,000 and is dependent upon experience, talent and growth potential.
