I’m Zach, the Digital Account Manager at TIS. I wrote this post by coaching ChatGPT and training it to get the outcome I was looking for. Since I had a very specific goal in mind for this piece, it was more difficult than I imagined—but the experience was very insightful.


While I can see how ChatGPT will be useful in assisting with writing and code development, I don’t see it replacing any of the work we humans do on a regular basis. It can’t produce design work and it doesn’t know brand voice—the most personalized and unique piece of a brand. The jokes are pretty dull too.


In the end, ChatGPT is a tool that shows a lot of promise and potential in our big world of marketing. We’re excited to see how it can be leveraged for our clients and brands.
